Shipping
Please note that our customer service team will be unavailable from midday on 23 December until 5 January. We will resume normal service on 5 January.
Any orders placed after midday on 24 December will be processed and shipped when we return on 2 January. Any requests for order cancellations and address amendments during this period will not be possible.
Shipping
Orders (except Teemill products) received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Teemill shipping
Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items. Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated separately. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge.
We recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.

- Delivery charges vary according to weight.
- We are currently unable to ship to Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Iceland.
