Shipping

Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Due to postal delays, please expect your item to take between a week and 10 days to arrive. 

To receive deliveries in time for Christmas, orders will need to be placed before the 19th December. However, due to expected Royal Mail delays, we recommend that orders are placed no later than 11th December. For customers ordering to the EU or USA, orders will need to be placed by the 10th December to be delivered in time.

Free delivery for all UK orders over £100

Standard delivery £3.95 for orders up to 2kg 

Standard delivery £6 for orders over 2kg

Next day delivery (RoyalMail Tracked 24) £12

Rest of the world and EU

Delivery charges vary according to weight.

We are currently unable to ship to Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Iceland.

Delivery times will vary according to destination. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please be aware that orders outside the UK may incur customs charges which are payable by the customer.

Missing Orders
We will investigate missing UK orders after 10 working days from dispatch. We will only refund or resend any missing orders if the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for resending orders to incorrect delivery addresses.
