Refund policy

Walk Wheel Cycle Trust has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for International orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll need to provide us with your order confirmation email or order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer.services@walkwheelcycletrust.org.uk or call us on 0300 303 2604. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is expected to pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged or received incorrectly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to make it right and replace or refund items. 

If the item is damaged, faulty or not matching the description we will refund the original delivery charge. We can only refund faulty items within 30 days from the date of the receipt of goods. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns on sale items, gift cards, digital products such as GPX files or our virtual gifts range.

Donations are also non refundable. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are unable to process exchanges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are unable to refund postage.

We do not accept returns for International orders. 

Missing Orders
We will investigate missing UK orders after 10 working days from dispatch. We will only refund or resend any missing orders if the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for resending orders to incorrect delivery addresses.
