The BikeRegister UV Covert Marking Kit is a great way to protect your bike from thieves.

This DIY kit invisibly etches your BikeRegister ID into your bike's frame, marking your frame and components with hundreds of microscopic dots printed with a unique ID.

How the UV Covert Kit works

Permanently and chemically etch your unique BikeRegister ID into the coating of your bike's frame.

The etching is invisible unless viewed under UV light so does not change the appearance of your bike or affect the frame's integrity. 

The kit can also mark your bike's frame and components with hundreds of microscopic dots printed with a unique BikeRegister ID. The unique microdots can be used to mark the frame, saddle, gears, wheels and many other components. 

What is the BikeRegister?

The BikeRegister is the UK's national, police-approved, bicycle marking registration system.

The visible tamper-resistant label is a deterrent to bike thieves. If you do unfortunately experience a bike theft, every police force in the UK uses the BikeRegister database to search for stolen and recovered bikes. This can hugely improve your chances of recovering your bike.

  • A durable, tamper-resistant warning label to deter thieves
  • Lifetime registration to the BikeRegister National Database

How long does Standard Delivery take?

Standard Delivery should take between 2-5 working days. However, due to postal delays, please expect it to take between a week and 10 days. For more information please visit our Shipping page.

To receive deliveries in time for Christmas, orders will need to be placed by the 19th December. However, due to expected Royal Mail delays, we recommend that orders are placed no later than 11th December.

For customers ordering to the EU or USA, orders will need to be placed by the 10th December to be delivered in time for Christmas.

Why is my discount code not working?

Discount codes are case sensitive, please double check the entry of it. 
Some discount codes have restrictions, such as SHOP15, so please read the terms and conditions. If you are still having issues please contact us on customer.services@walkwheelcycletrust.org.uk

My gift card isn't being recognised?

Why don't we sell to the US?

Due to the recent suspension of the de minimis exemption, we’ve made the decision to temporarily pause all sales to the US. This change impacts how goods are imported and processed, making it challenging to continue offering our usual service to US customers.

We’re actively monitoring the situation and exploring solutions. Once we’re confident we can resume shipping reliably and cost-effectively, we’ll reopen US sales and notify our customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note that our customer service team will be unavailable from midday on 23 December until 5 January. We will resume normal service on 5 January.

Any orders placed after midday on 24 December will be processed and shipped when we return on 2 January. Any requests for order cancellations and address amendments during this period will not be possible.

Shipping

Orders (except Teemill products) received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Teemill shipping

Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items. Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated separately. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge.

We recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.

  • Delivery charges vary according to weight.
