Donation ecard

When you buy a virtual gift, you're supporting Walk Wheel Cycle Trust's vital work and the National Cycle Network. Whether it's for a loved one or yourself, your gift could be going towards protecting the environment and wildlife along our paths, maintaining the Network, or helping the next generation develop their cycling skills through Sustrans' work in schools. 

When you purchase a virtual gift, you're not just giving a gift; you're making an impactful contribution to Walk Wheel Cycle Trust  and our mission to make walking, wheeling and cycling easier for everyone.  

To send your ecard, follow the process below:

1. Add a personal message and schedule your ecard

2. Add to basket

3. Pay at the checkout  

4. Your ecard will be sent to your chosen recipient 

5. You’ll support the national cycle network  

Your donation goes to wherever it is needed most to help make walking wheeling and cycling more accessible to everyone. It may be used to protect and care for the environment and wildlife you see along the way, or ensure the next generation can develop their cycling skills and a love for the outdoors. It's a wonderful way to show your love for cycling, the environment, and UK communities while making a positive difference.

Please note that our customer service team will be unavailable from midday on 23 December until 5 January. We will resume normal service on 5 January.

Any orders placed after midday on 24 December will be processed and shipped when we return on 2 January. Any requests for order cancellations and address amendments during this period will not be possible.

Shipping

Orders (except Teemill products) received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Teemill shipping

Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items. Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated separately. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge.

We recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.

• Standard delivery £3.95 for orders up to 2kg
• Standard delivery £5.50 for orders over 2kg
• Next day delivery (RoyalMail Tracked 24) £11

Rest of the world

• Delivery charges vary according to weight.
• We are currently unable to ship to Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Iceland.
