Can I test the GPX file works on my device before I make a purchase? 

Of course! Drop us an email at customer.services@walkwheelcycletrust.org.uk and we can send you a GPX test file and usage guide. 

Is there a PDF or GPX version to match the paper map?

You can find our selection of downloadable maps and GPX files here.

We are constantly working to expand this selection. 

How do I download Sustrans digital products?

After you have purchased a digital product there will be a link at checkout for you to download the files from. 

A follow up email containing the download link will also be sent to you so you can download at a later date. 

Shipping

Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Christmas

To receive deliveries in time for Christmas, orders will need to be placed by the 19th December. However, due to expected Royal Mail delays, we recommend that orders are placed no later than 11th December. For customers ordering to the EU or USA, orders will need to be placed by the 10th December to be delivered in time.

Teemill shipping prices

Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items.
Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated independently, rather than being combined with the rest of your order. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge for that item on top of the shipping cost for any other products from our store.

• Standard delivery £3.95 for orders up to 2kg
• Standard delivery £5.50 for orders over 2kg
• Next day delivery (RoyalMail Tracked 24) £11

Rest of the world

• Delivery charges vary according to weight.
• We are currently unable to ship to Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Iceland.
