Cycling London to Oxford
Leaving London behind, the route follows the Thames through riverside landscapes, passing a host of attractions along the way. A short optional diversion offers the chance to visit the magnificent Windsor Castle before continuing westwards.
From Brentford, the route joins the Grand Union Canal, before climbing through the picturesque Chiltern Hills.
As you approach Oxford, the attractive market towns of Princes Risborough and Thame provide a fitting introduction to the final stretch of this memorable journey.
