South Cumbria & the Lake District Cycle Map (31)
Sustrans' Cumbria and The Lake District cycle map shows the National Cycle Network and local routes in this area.
It covers South Cumbria and the Lake District National Park in the northwest of England, including Workington, Barrow-in-Furness, Kendal, Keswick, Penrith and Appleby-in-Westmorland.
About the Lake District and Cumbria cycle map
The South Cumbria and Lake District cycle map covers sections of several iconic cycle routes, including:
- Walney to Wear and Whitby (or W2W)
- Sea to Sea (or C2C)
- Hadrian's Cycleway
- The Bay Cycleway
This pocket-sized colour map shows clearly mapped on-road and traffic-free paths, easy-to-read contours, and detailed inset maps for the major towns and cities as well as recommended linking routes connecting the NCN with quiet roads. The map also features 5 day rides with directions and a description of the area, highlighting key cycle routes, local history and places of interest.
We also offer a cycle map covering North Cumbria and Dumfries.

It has been brought to our attention that there is an error in this map. The error concerns the Day Rides key. The Day Ride maps are plotted correctly, with traffic-free routes mapped using a dashed line and on-road routes mapped using a solid line. However, the key states the opposite. We apologise for this error and hope clarification of this now prevents any future confusion.

Christmas
To receive deliveries in time for Christmas, orders will need to be placed by the 19th December. However, due to expected Royal Mail delays, we recommend that orders are placed no later than 11th December. For customers ordering to the EU or USA, orders will need to be placed by the 10th December to be delivered in time.
Due to high order volumes, dispatch is immediate and changes to orders may not be possible.
Teemill shipping
Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items. Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated independently, rather than being combined with the rest of your order. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge for that item on top of the shipping cost for any other products from our store.
We recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.
