Good Nature: Improve Your Health and Happiness with Nature
Discover the science behind the healing powers of nature
In this revolutionary book, Professor Kathy Willis reveals the surprising science behind the natural world and how we can harness its benefits to improve our health: whether it's gardening with your bare hands to boost your gut microbiome; letting the scent of roses make you a calmer and safer driver; or tuning into birdsong to help reduce stress, and even pain.
With applications for everything from which way we walk to work to choosing where our kids go to school, Good Nature brings the latest scientific research into our homes and workplaces, showing us how we can have better, happier, healthier and longer lives.

Why don't we sell to the US?
Due to the recent suspension of the de minimis exemption, we’ve made the decision to temporarily pause all sales to the US. This change impacts how goods are imported and processed, making it challenging to continue offering our usual service to US customers.
We’re actively monitoring the situation and exploring solutions. Once we’re confident we can resume shipping reliably and cost-effectively, we’ll reopen US sales and notify our customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping
Orders (except Teemill products) received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.
BumDry™ Outdoor Sit Mat shipping
Please expect up to 7 working days for BumDry™ products to arrive.
Teemill shipping
Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items. Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated separately. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge.
