About Sustrans Ortlieb panniers:
The Back-Roller Classic Ortlieb pannier pair is a hugely popular choice among cyclists. Together, the panniers have a capacity of 40L (20L each), and feature an inner pocket to help keep you organised. Ortlieb back roller panniers are completely waterproof and made from tear-resistant polyester. The removable shoulder strap makes the panniers easy and comfortable to carry. Ortlieb's QL2.1 locking system is easy, safe and fits a wide variety of racks.
Ortlieb provides a five-year warranty backing up these panniers' sturdy reputation.

The pannier mounting system QL2.1 is based on the proven QL2 system, however, several decisive features were considerably improved, especially with regards to racks currently on the market. All hooks are adjustable to the rack without requiring any tools. Therefore, the panniers can be easily switched from one bike to another.

Any orders placed after midday on 24 December will have been processed and shipped on 2 January. Any requests for order cancellations and address amendments during this period will not be possible.
Shipping
Orders (except Teemill products) received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Teemill shipping
Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items. Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated separately. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge.
We recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.
