The certificate code can be used against any purchase on our online shop.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. We cannot offer credit for any unspent part of a gift card.

If you have a free shipping code from one of our NEC events, please note that this can only be used on UK orders over £5, and used once per customer. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Offer ends 30 April 2026.
Shipping
Orders (except Teemill products) received by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Teemill shipping
Teemill products are fulfilled and shipped separately from our other items. Because of this, shipping for Teemill products is calculated separately. This means that when you add a Teemill item to your basket, you’ll see an additional shipping charge.
We recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.
